Entry Fee and Deadline Information

Registration Deadline is Thursday, March 1, 2012 at noon MST.  Registrations must be received by the race secretary by this time.

Be sure to check the fee schedule below and enclose the proper fee for the race you are entering. Entry Fees and completed entry forms must be postmarked by midnight of the cutoff dates indicated. Please provide all the information requested - again, incomplete or illegible forms will not be accepted.

25 and 50K RACE FEES

$65 until January 1, 2012

$70 until February 1, 2012

$75 until February 26, 2012

$85 February 27-March 1, 2012

10K RACE FEES

$45 until February 26, 2012

$55 February 27-March 1, 2012

2K and 5K KIDS' RACE FEES

$30 until February 26, 2012

$40 February 27-March 1, 2012

The race will be limited to the first one thousand participants registered. Mailed entries must be accompanied by the correct entry fee to be processed. The entry fee includes participation in the race, bail-out shuttles along the course, aid stations, finish area food and refreshments as well as race souvenirs and promotional materials. The entry fee also includes admission to the Awards Ceremony and dessert to be held at the West Yellowstone Holiday Inn.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:  There will be no refunds on registration for any reason, including race cancellation.

You will find lots of smiles at the race.

Wave Seeding

Wave seeding is based on your time in the 2010 or 2011 Rendezvous Race or other ASMS races. Burden of proof is the racer's responsibility. If the time is from an ASMS race other than the Rendezvous Race or the Boulder Mountain Tour, please send a copy of the results with your registration.  You may also EMAIL proof of time.
